- Where do I drop off my package?For shipments from USA, we will provide customers with a drop off location once customers schedule shipment on our website. A drop-off location is available in almost every city in USA.
For shipments from India, we provide free door pickup almost anywhere in India, customers do not have to go drop off the package we will arrange door pickup. For certain out of area or remote area locations we will provide customers with the nearest drop off location to drop off their package

- Do you provide Door to Door Service?
Yes, we can arrange pickup from ALMOST any part of the world. Pickup charges may or may not apply depending on your pickup location. Additional charges may apply for out of area pickup or remote area pickup. Please contact our staff at 1-800-691-2335 to learn about pickup charges for your shipment. Once you schedule your shipment on our website we will notify you if shipment is out of area coverage and cannot be pickup up.
- How much will be custom duties?
Custom duty charges are separate from shipping charges and are never included in shipping quote. Custom charges are ascertained by customs officer at destination country and cannot be ascertained at time of shipment. Custom duties are determined by destination country based on type of shipment, value of shipment, content of shipment and more. Please contact our staff at 1-800-691-2335 if you have additional questions on custom duties.
- What is dimensional Weight?
All shipment are charges at chargeable weight, chargeable weight is higher of actual weight and dimensional weight. For example if actual weight of your package is 10LBS and dimensional weight is 15LBS, chargeable weight of shipment will be 15LBS.
